Job summary

InnVentures in Portland, OR is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests staying at our Hyatt House property. You will prepare buffet items, greet guests warmly, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory and daily checklists to support a smooth hotel operation.

The role requires good communication, a willingness to stand for long shifts and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
