Job summary

InnVentures Seattle Issaquah is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to ensure guests start their day with a quality dining experience. You will prepare food items, keep the buffet stocked, greet guests warmly, and maintain a clean kitchen area throughout your shift.

This role requires good verbal and written communication, the ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds, and valid Food Handler’s Permit (Alcohol Server Permit may be needed in some locations).

Qualifications

• Must have basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read and write.
• This role requires standing and moving for the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
