Job summary

InnVentures LLC at SpringHill Suites Miami Airport South is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a quality dining experience for guests. You will prepare items, stock the buffet, and greet guests with warmth while supporting daily operations.

The role requires basic food-handling skills, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and morning shifts. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and a company-matched 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Previous food handling or fast food experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit; some locations require an Alcohol Server’s Permit.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
