• Attending to guests’ queries and needs, such as serving them specific breakfast items or accommodating special dietary requests
• Monitoring and controlling inventory, and notifying the management when supplies are low
• Observing health and safety guidelines to ensure that food hygiene standards are met
• Breaking down the breakfast buffet area at the end of the service period, disposing of trash, cleaning the area, and storing leftover food and equipment
