Lotus Hospitality Management is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to join our guest-focused team in Shreveport. You will manage the breakfast buffet, ensure it stays stocked, and assist guests with orders and requests during service.

You’ll clear tables, handle guest inquiries, maintain cleanliness, and help close down the buffet after service. Training provided; opportunities to advance in a hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the breakfast buffet before service and disassemble after.
• Keep the buffet well stocked throughout the service.
• Receive beverage orders and relay to the kitchen when needed.
• Assist customers with their needs during breakfast service.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from tables as guests finish.
• Resolve customer queries and handle complaints.
• Ensure guests depart by the end of service.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors after each meal.
• Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after service.

Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities

• Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
• Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well‑stocked at all times.
• Receiving beverage orders and directing these to the kitchen, as needed.
• Providing customers with assistance.
• Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
• Resolving customers' queries and complaints.
• Ensuring that customers vacate the restaurant by the close of meal service.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.
