Job summary

Embassy Suites Washington D.C. Georgetown seeks a restaurant busser to support dining operations. You will reset tables, replenish beverages and assist servers to ensure smooth service across all dining shifts.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume setting. The role requires flexible AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for benefits in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• 1–2 years in a high-volume luxury lounge or restaurant preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with timely execution.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
• Set tables with napkins, linens and silverware.
• Place tableware on tables and refill beverages.
• Assist servers and hosts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
• Sweep and mop restaurant areas at end of shift.
• Ensure health and safety standards in dining areas.
