Garner by IHG is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team in San Juan. You will ensure a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming breakfast area and assist guests with breakfast selections in a 24/7 operation.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service, and the ability to handle money and operate a POS system if needed. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential for guest and team interactions.

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English to communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the breakfast station before opening and ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain stocked breakfast area and replenish items as needed.
• Know menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods to answer questions.
• Assist guests with breakfast selections and address inquiries.
• Keep area clean and organized, clear tables, and wipe spills.
• Engage with guests to promote a welcoming atmosphere and gather feedback.
