Job summary

Harmony Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and serve our daily breakfast buffet and greet guests with friendly, attentive service. You will ensure guests are comfortable and 100% satisfied, upholding the Hamptonality standard.

The role involves setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar, preparing hot foods and beverages, restocking supplies, and keeping the breakfast area clean and organized. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast buffet and maintain it per brand standards.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices.
• Keep breakfast area stocked with plates, utensils and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area and counters.
• Restock items throughout service and prepare for the next day.
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage after shift.
• Return reusable food supplies to storage.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving daily breakfast buffet, greeting each guest and ensuring the guests’ are comfortable and 100% satisfied.

• Providing personalized service to all guests with “Hamptonality”
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards by preparing and setting up hot food buffet.
• Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices.
• Setting up and keeping stocked supplies of plates and eating utensils, cups and other paper products.
• Keeping breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors
• Restocking items consistently throughout the breakfast hours and preparing for the next day.
• Washing serving equipment and returning to storage at the end of the shift.
• Returning reusable food supplies to storage.
• Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by manager.
