Shamin Hotels in Virginia Beach Town Center is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver the warm Hampton breakfast experience. You will set up and maintain the hot buffet, prepare items, and assist guests with dietary needs in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens the breakfast area and checks stock against daily checklist.
• Sets up and maintains hot breakfast buffet to brand standards.
• Cooks hot items using standard recipes and equipment.
• Monitors food quality, freshness, and presentation; replenishes as needed.
• Maintains coffee, juice, and milk machines; keeps beverages stocked.
• Greets guests warmly and assists with dietary requests.
• Adheres to food safety and sanitation standards; cleans surfaces and equipment.
• Performs FIFO inventory and reports order needs to management.
• Cleans dining area and kitchen, manages waste disposal.
• Reports for shifts in uniform and on time, per policy.

Breakfast Attendant – Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Virginia Beach Town CenterPosition OverviewJob Title: Breakfast AttendantLocation: 4595 Columbus Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23462Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General ManagerSchedule: Early mornings, typically 5:00am – 12:00pm (noon), must include weekends and holidays.Work Environment: Modern hotel in the heart of Virginia Beach's Town Center business and entertainment districtSummaryThe Breakfast Attendant delivers the warm, complimentary Hampton breakfast experience our guests count on to start their day.
