Element Westin is coming to San Antonio Riverwalk. Our dual-flag venue will have over 300 rooms, with 3 distinct outlets, and a banquet department. We are looking to add new team members. Our approach to building a team emphasizes Attitude, Aptitude, Willingness, and Charm, rather than just resumes. We are hiring cooks for both AM and PM shifts.

Physical requirements include standing, bending, stooping, and lifting weights up to 25 lbs. The hospitality industry operates 24/7, and a hospitable service attitude must be maintained at all times.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, cleaning tables, restocking inventory.
• Learning brand standards and menu items across multiple outlets.
• Working in various hotel outlets including banquet, rooftop bar, breakfast buffet, and bar lounge.
• Supporting team members.
• Receiving, dating, and examining food and supplies to ensure quality and standards.
