Job summary

InnVentures, a hotel management group, seeks a Breakfast Attendant at Courtyard Portland Tigard to deliver a warm, guest-focused dining experience.

You will prep, stock, greet guests, maintain buffet, and assist with inventory while upholding food safety and service standards. No prior experience? helpful but not required; good communication and stamina are key.

Qualifications

• Previous food handling or fast food experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit; some locations require an Alcohol Server's Permit.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must stand/move for entire shift and be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
