Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality seeks a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, oversee breakfast setup, and ensure a welcoming morning experience. You will manage hot and cold foods, maintain inventory, and keep the dining area clean while upholding service standards.

Basic kitchen knowledge and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. Prior food & beverage or hotel experience is a plus; ServSafe certification is required or applicable.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or hotel helpful but not required.
• ServSafe Certification is required or stated as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a clean, inviting breakfast area.
• Replenish coffee and breakfast items and respond to guest requests.
• Ensure breakfast service runs smoothly and on time.
• Monitor and restock food and supplies during breakfast hours.
• Set up and break down breakfast service areas; maintain cleanliness.
• Follow ServSafe guidelines and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with occasional banquet setups as needed.

Your Role

As Breakfast Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face of the morning service, ensuring guests start their day with a welcoming experience and delicious offerings. You’ll oversee setup, service, and cleanup of hot and cold foods, maintain inventory, and create a positive and approachable atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who brings Social Intelligence to every interaction, works Stronger Together with the team, and takes pride in delivering service with Integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a clean, inviting, and fully stocked breakfast area
• Engage with guests during service, replenishing coffee and breakfast items while responding to questions and special requests
• Provide a memorable, guest first experience that reflects Resolute Road Hospitality’s service standards
• Monitor food levels and restock throughout breakfast hours
• Set up, clean, and break down all breakfast service areas in a timely and organized manner
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and assist with ordering when necessary
• Inspect kitchen, prep areas, and dining spaces for cleanliness and readiness
• Assist with occasional banquet set ups and breakdowns as needed
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures (ServSafe guidelines)
• Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any issues promptly
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards to ensure guest and team safety
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and service standards
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable engaging with guests and resolving concerns professionally

Education & Experience

• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Previous food & beverage, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred but not required

Licenses & Certifications

• ServSafe Certification
• Any state or local certifications as applicable
