Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, ensure a welcoming breakfast area, and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at our Astoria location. You’ll oversee setup, service, and cleanup, restock items, and interact with guests to resolve questions and requests.

The ideal candidate brings a friendly demeanor, teamwork, and attention to detail. No prior experience required, with ServSafe certification preferred.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and service standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortable engaging with guests and resolving concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a clean, inviting, and fully stocked breakfast area.
• Engage with guests during service, replenish coffee and breakfast items while responding to questions and special requests.
• Provide a memorable, guest first experience that reflects Resolute Road Hospitality’s service standards.
• Monitor breakfast items and restock throughout service hours.
• Set up, clean, and break down all breakfast service areas in a timely and organized manner.
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
• Inspect kitchen, prep areas, and dining spaces for cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist with occasional banquet setups and breakdowns as needed.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures (ServSafe).
• Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any issues promptly.

Your Role

As Breakfast Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face of the morning service, ensuring guests start their day with a welcoming experience and delicious offerings. You’ll oversee setup, service, and cleanup of hot and cold foods, maintain inventory, and create a positive and approachable atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who brings Social Intelligence to every interaction, works Stronger Together with the team, and takes pride in delivering service with Integrity.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards to ensure guest and team safety
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Education & Experience

• High school graduate or GED preferred
