Residence Inn Pigeon Forge is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to start mornings with a warm smile and excellent service in a busy, friendly hotel setting. You will help maintain a clean, inviting breakfast area while engaging with guests and ensuring a positive start to their day.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, a flexible attitude, and the ability to work under pressure while following food safety guidelines and hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Restaurant experience a plus.
• Hotel experience highly preferred.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow all food safety policies.
• Flexible, adaptable, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area.
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu.
• Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards.

Primary Responsibilities
