Baymont by Wyndham Knoxville/Cedar Bluff is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, maintain the breakfast area, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining space in a fast-paced hotel environment.

This role emphasizes excellent guest service, attention to detail, and adherence to health and safety policies. Prior restaurant or hotel experience is a plus, with opportunities to contribute to a friendly team and positive guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Restaurant or hotel experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area.
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu.
• Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas

Skills & Experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand up to 100% of the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
