Position: Breakfast Attendant (Part-time)

Introduction:

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Food & Beverage Attendant is to provide guests with an excellent dining experience while assisting in the presentation of the complimentary breakfast/evening reception.

Work Performed:

1. Complete sanitization, disinfection, and cleaning of work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration.
2. Present the complimentary breakfast/evening reception by obtaining supplies, clearing dishes, wiping tables, and restocking the buffet area.
3. Provide high-level customer service, including resolving guest concerns professionally and warmly.
4. Perform duties of a bartender, busser, cook, or server as needed.
5. Maintain knowledge of menus, presentation, and preparation methods.
6. Ensure proper food storage and temperature control.
7. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth food production and service.
8. Facilitate shift changes and communicate pertinent information to management or incoming staff.
9. Follow health department guidelines for food handling and sanitation to prevent cross-contamination, keeping sinks, sideboards, and refrigerators clean.
10. Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies; report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
11. Perform any other duties necessary to fulfill the primary purpose of the role.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous food service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Safety Training certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Alcohol Awareness certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for the duration of shifts
• Flexibility to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
