Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast items and use oven and other cooking equipment.
• Set up and break down the dining area.
• Restock dining area during and after service.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas (dishwashing, mopping, trash removal).
• Maintain guest satisfaction and fulfill guests' breakfast needs.

Job Summary

The Breakfast Team plays an important role in our guest experience. Breakfast Attendants ensure that our guests enjoy their daily breakfast at the hotel. From entering the breakfast room until leaving after the meal, our breakfast attendants assist and connect with guests with their breakfast needs.

Daily Duties

• Prepare food (use of oven and other cooking equipment)
• Set up/break down the dining area
• Restock the dining area during and after service
• Clean the kitchen and dining areas (dishwashing, mopping, trash removal)
• Maintain guest satisfaction and needs
