Atrium Hospitality's Franklin Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN, is hiring a full-time Breakfast Attendant / Service Associate. You will set the stage for guest experiences by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our breakfast and evening receptions, while keeping areas clean and guest-ready. No prior experience required; training provided.

• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and maintain breakfast and/or evening reception.
• Keep buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment clean and stocked.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly.
• Support light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or bar/service areas as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards for a safe environment.
• Monitor food quality and proper storage/temperature during shift.
• Work with the team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicate updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready-buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally
• Jump in where needed-whether that's light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed
