Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Greet guests cheerfully upon arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Use guest names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed.
  • Work with the team to achieve high guest satisfaction scores.
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities.
  • Support all hotel groups and events.
  • Understand and utilize relevant technology.

  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed.

Specific Duties for Breakfast Attendant
  • Clean and sanitize breakfast room tables after guests leave.
  • Set up breakfast buffet according to hotel standards.
  • Clean the kitchen following daily checklists.
  • Follow food safety standards per local health codes.
  • Maintain buffet area cleanliness and stock until the end of breakfast.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality or service preferred.

  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Effective communication in English.
