Description

Are you a food service professional with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to guests? We are seeking a detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our busy hotel team. In this role, you will set up and take down the breakfast buffet, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are always available. You will also walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages, and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Responsibilities

1. Shift: 5:00 am - 12:00 noon (generally)
2. Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations
3. Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders and serving food and drinks
4. Assist guests with questions or concerns promptly and courteously
5. Clean the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and buffet bar, and empty garbage as needed
6. Set up the breakfast buffet and ensure items are stocked and available throughout service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and team members
• High school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Proven customer service skills with a guest-focused approach
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Compensation

$13 per hour
