Job summary

OTO Development in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Breakfast Associate to greet guests, monitor the breakfast area, and ensure a welcoming, well‑stocked dining space during morning service.

Shifts run 5:30a–11:30a on weekdays and 6:00a–12:00p on weekends; the role pays $15.15/hour plus tips, with additional hours possible during banquets. The ideal candidate is neat, organized, and customer‑focused, with food handling certificates as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and monitor the dining area during meal time to ensure adequate supplies, needs are met, and that the breakfast area supports the hotel’s overall hospitality image and objectives.
• Plan breakfast menus according to brand recommendations and facility needs.
• Prepare room set up and ensures cleanliness and working condition of equipment in the area.
• Manage inventory of food and utensils.
• Prepares daily breakfast menu of hot and cold breakfast foods.
• Follow required sanitation procedures for food handling safety.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any guest questions or concerns.
• Break down breakfast area at end of meal period, ensuring clean facility ready for next meal.

Shifts for this role are from 5:30a - 11:30a (Mon-Friday) and 6A - 12P (Sat/Sun). Role pays $15.15/hour plus tips you make are your own and are not required to split. Additional hours available during banquet events for breakfast/lunch/afternoon breaks.

Physical Requirements For This Position
