Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualificationsinclude:

  • Bachelor's degreein Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldpreferred
  • 5+years of purchasing experience in maintenance/fleetoperations
  • 5+years using TMW, TMT or similar high-level maintenancemanagement systems
  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to translatedata into strategic recommendations
  • Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to presentinformation professionally
  • Experienceleading and developing teams in a hands-onmanagement role
  • Workingknowledge of quality programs such as ISO9001
  • Associate degreeor bachelor’s degree in management,transportation or a related field ispreferred. Three or more year’s experience insupervisory or maintenance management and eight or moreyears fleet vehicle maintenanceisrequired. Demonstratedexperience with equipmentcoordination and vehicle service writing isrequired. Must possess strong maintenance knowledgeof vehicle computer systems.
