Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations in Wisconsin. This hands-on role focuses on quality inspection, reclaiming customer-owned items, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with pallet jacks, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and a background in production-based warehouses. We offer benefits, training, and growth opportunities within a family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Shift Details: Tuesday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $15.50/hour + $500 sign on bonus

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.

• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.


• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.


• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring
