Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Break Pack Sorter for our warehouse operations. This hands-on role involves hand-sorting containers based on quality and reclaiming customer-owned materials to support supply chain integrity.

You must be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 70 lbs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Forklift experience is a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented mindset with accuracy in handling containers and quality checks.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

We’re looking for a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations — a hands‑on role that plays a vital part in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Additional Responsibilities
