Job summary

Rehrig Pacific in Mount Pleasant, IA is hiring a Break Pack Sorter to join our warehouse team. You will hand-sort Break Pack containers, reclaim customer-owned products, and help meet production goals while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and experience in a production warehouse. Forklift training can be provided, and lifting up to 70 lbs is required. Great benefits accompany the position.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers based on quality through visual inspection.

• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Pay: $15.50/hour + $500 sign on bonus

What Youll Do

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
