Rehrig Pacific Company in Grove City, OH is hiring a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations. This hands-on role plays a vital part in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You will hand-sort containers, reclaim customer-owned materials, and meet production goals while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
