Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Mount Pleasant, IA, is seeking a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations and support a fast-paced team focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

This hands-on role involves hand-sorting containers, reclaiming materials, and meeting production goals while following safety protocols. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
