Kent ISD is seeking a part-time Support Staff/Break Aide for the Great Start Readiness Program. The role supports teachers by providing scheduled breaks, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment in a diverse preschool setting.
Eligibility includes reliable attendance, good communication with students and families, and a commitment to equity. Bilingual skills are welcomed to serve Kent ISD's multilingual community.
127 days per year. 1-7 hours per day (5-35 hours per week, varies)

Provides breaks for teachers in the classroom setting, in a high-quality preschool program that complies with the requirements of the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) grant.
$16.96 per hour
The final candidate for this position will be required (at their cost) to furnish Kent Intermediate School District with a current Michigan State Police and FBI criminal records LiveScan check prior to our recommendation to hire.
