Chick-fil-A | Rockville Research Row CFA is seeking a Breading Table Team Member to join our busy kitchen. This fast-paced role requires lifting 50lbs+ and working early mornings.

You will prepare, bread, and plate items following Chick-fil-A standards, maintain cleanliness, and help with prep and stock during peak hours. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic; availability Monday-Saturday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and leads.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Must understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards

• Setting up Breading Table by Chick-fil-A Standards
• Preparing Milk Wash everyday
• Fileting and Breading Chicken in accordance with Lean Fileting and Lean Cooking
• Be the main person breading chicken during peak times
• Stocking Thawing Cabinets, and Breading Table using First In, First Out method
• Duties are not limited to the above tasks

Breading Table Team Memberis a crucial part of our operation. It is a fast-paced position that requires a person to perform at a high level. You will be required to lift 50lbs or more consistently.

General Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
• Setting up Breading Table by Chick-fil-A Standards
• Preparing Milk Wash everyday
• Fileting and Breading Chicken in accordance with Lean Fileting and Lean Cooking
• Be the main person breading chicken during peak times
• Stocking Thawing Cabinets, and Breading Table using First In, First Out method
• Duties are not limited to the above tasks

ScheduleRequirements

• Available to work Monday through Saturday
• Must work at least 40 hours a week.
• Able to work as early as 5:30 am & late as 11 pm
• Must be able to close at least 4 nights a week
