Chick-fil-A Holland is seeking an Evening Breader Team Member to join the back-of-house breading team. The role focuses on preparing hand-breaded chicken and keeping the kitchen organized for smooth evening service.

No experience required; paid training is provided, with opportunities for growth and development within Chick-fil-A. Part-time and full-time positions available, with evening shift from 2:00 PM to close and Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No experience required; kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Dependable, coachable and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hand-bread chicken according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain breading tables and kitchen prep stations.
• Ensure proper product rotation and freshness.
• Assist with additional kitchen prep and evening closing responsibilities as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Help prepare the kitchen for a successful opening the following day.
• Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing kitchen environment.
