Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus successful completion of a technical certification course (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance/repair).

Responsibilities

• Check production work schedule for job assignments and times.
• Operate facility metal detector(s) and stay certified.
• Perform start-up/shut-down sanitation and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety rules.
• Monitor production schedules, running order, and formulas.
• Weigh and stage ingredients according to standards.
• Ensure product is loaded into correct containers.
• Conduct quality control inspections and monitor standards.
• Provide scheduled breaks for Production Technicians on shift.
• Collaborate as a member of a high-performing team.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
