Job summary

Bread Bakers Guild of America in Wisconsin seeks a dedicated Bread Baker to craft hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more in a state-of-the-art facility.

Epic menus change daily, giving you room to grow into leadership while being supported by a strong team and opportunities for mentorship. Relocation assistance is available, and campus meals are offered at a low cost.

Qualifications

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen or equivalent degree.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably.
• Large-volume baking experience is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must relocate to the Madison, WI area and be available mornings Sunday–Thursday.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Bake hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns and more in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Bake daily with epic menus, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with a team and grow into leadership roles.
