Job summary

Epic's Verona campus in Wisconsin is hiring a Bread Baker to join a state-of-the-art bakery producing hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, and more. You will bake in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong team and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Requirements include 2+ years in professional baking or Baking & Pastry Arts degree, ability to lift 50+ pounds, US work eligibility, relocation to Madison area, morning shifts Sunday-Thursday, and vaccination.

Qualifications

2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably.
Large-volume experience a plus.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Must relocate to the Madison, WI area.
Available mornings Sunday–Thursday.
COVID-19 vaccination required.

Epic menus change daily, giving Bread Bakers opportunities to bake innovative and creative loaves.
