Job summary

Epic campus in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced baker to join a state-of-the-art facility. The role requires relocation to the Madison area with relocation assistance provided, and the position is based on our campus.

You will work alongside talented culinary professionals to craft croissants, pastries, and more in a high-volume setting. Epic offers competitive pay with overnight shift differential, an annual bonus, and regular raises.

Qualifications

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen.
• Large-volume experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• Available to work third-shift, overnight hours.
• Comfortable with regular lifting of 50+ lbs.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake croissants, Viennoiserie, pastries, scones, quick breads, muffins and coffeecakes in a high-volume bakery.
• Collaborate with team to create, test and refine new recipes.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and follow safety standards.
