Job summary

Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace is seeking a dedicated Bread Baker to produce gourmet breads, rolls, and traditional Italian baked goods in a fast-paced setting. You will follow production schedules, measure and knead dough, and monitor ovens to ensure perfect bakes.

Teamwork and customer-friendly service are essential. The ideal candidate has prior bakery or pizza-making experience, a strong knowledge of bread types and baking styles, and the ability to stand throughout a full shift while

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as Bread Baker or Pizza Maker.
• Knowledge of different breads, shapes, and baking styles.
• Ability to stand and move around for the full shift.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gourmet breads, rolls and traditional Italian baked breads using our gourmet recipes.
• Follow production schedules to keep the bakery stocked with fresh goods.
• Measure, mix, knead, and shape dough into loaves, rolls, and specialty creations.
• Keep ovens at just the right temperature for that perfect bake.
• Work as part of a team, while serving up smiles to our customers.

What You’ll Do
