Job summary

Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace is seeking a Bread Baker to craft fresh breads and rolls, following gourmet recipes and production schedules for a busy store bakery.

You will measure, mix, knead, and shape dough, maintain oven temperatures, and work as part of a collaborative team to delight customers with warm, flavorful loaves.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Bread Baker or Pizza Maker experience.
• Knowledge of different breads, shapes, and baking styles.
• Ability to stand and move around for the full shift.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gourmet breads, rolls and traditional Italian baked breads using our gourmet recipes.
• Follow production schedules to keep the bakery stocked with fresh goods.

From golden breads to hearty loaves, you’ll bring joy to our customers with every batch that comes out of the oven. If you love the smell of warm bread, have experience shaping dough into perfection, and can handle the heat of a busy bakery, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do

1. Prepare gourmet breads, rolls and traditional Italian baked breads using our gourmet recipes
