Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace is seeking a hands-on Bakery Manager to lead daily bakery operations, supervise bakers, ensure top-quality pastries, and deliver warm customer service.

You’ll hire and train staff, manage inventory and merchandising, maintain food safety standards, and help present products to boost sales in a fast-paced retail environment in King of Prussia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; baking program is a plus.
• Proven experience managing a bakery in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Solid knowledge of baking techniques for cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, and pastries.
• Food handler’s license preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and understanding).

Responsibilities

• Keep the bakery fully stocked with the best quality ingredients and supplies.

• Keep food safety and sanitation standards at the heart of every recipe and routine.
