Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; baking or pastry program is a plus.
• Proven bakery management experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Solid baking techniques for cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, and pastries.
• Food handler's license preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Proficient in English (reading, speaking, understanding).

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

1. Oversee all aspects of daily bakery operations - from mixing batter to managing bakers.
2. Keep the bakery fully stocked with the best quality ingredients and supplies.

4. Hire, train, and schedule your bakery team.

What You Bring to the Table

2. Proven experience managing a bakery in a fast-paced retail environment
