Job summary

Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Bread Baker to join the Culinary Department at Troubadour Golf & Field Club, just south of Nashville. This full-time role starts at $25-$28 per hour based on experience, with a schedule of Wednesday-Sunday and hours 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Responsibilities include producing a wide variety of breads from scratch, managing fermentation, and ensuring quality across outlets and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional bread production experience.
• Experience with a wide variety of breads and laminated doughs.
• Strong knowledge of fermentation, hydration, and dough development.
• Experience in high-volume bakery operations in luxury settings.

Responsibilities

• Produce breads, rolls, and baked goods from scratch per recipes.

Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Bread Baker to join the Culinary Department. \*\*Full Time Position - Starting Pay $25-$28 per hour based on experience.\*\* \*\*Schedule (subject to change) Wednesday-Sunday including holidays and events.
