Job summary

Discovery Land Company’s Troubadour Golf & Field Club in Nashville seeks a Comfort Station Attendant to join the Food and Beverage Service Department. You will open and close assigned golf outlet stations daily, keeping outlets neat and stocked with snacks, beverages, and light menu items.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least three months of food service or guest service experience, knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards, and the ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Keep all outlet stations neat, organized and stocked.
• Open and close stations daily and store deliveries properly.
• Take orders on course and relay to kitchen when necessary.
• Track stock levels and communicate inventory needs.
• Greet members by surname and provide courteous service.
• Assist with simple food preparation and menu items.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of outlets at all times.

Please click here to apply internally.**This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Troubadour Golf & Field Club, set outside of Nashville, Tennessee. Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Comfort Station Attendant to join the Food and Beverage Service Department. The Comfort Station Attendant is responsible for contributing the a great member and guest experience. The Comfort Station Attendant will be expected to open and close their assigned golf food comfort stations on a daily basis. Duties include keeping assigned outlet stations neat, organized, and stocked with various snacks, candies, and beverages. Additional duties may include simple food preparation, cooking, and serving of golf course outlet menu items. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.Key Responsibilities • Keep all outlet stations neat, organized and well stocked. • Store outlet food properly and according to food safety guidelines. • Put away outlet food and beverage deliveries. • Maintain stock levels at the sales office and fitness areas. • Take food or beverage orders on course to relay to kitchen when necessary. • Track specified food items taken from the kitchen on weekly Outlet Tracking Sheets. • Communicate inventory needs when par levels are low. • Greet all members formally by using their surname. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum previous experience of three (3) months food service or guest service experience, preferably at a fast paced, high end restaurant, club, or resort. • Knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; possesses or can obtain State Food Safety Certificate. • Knowledgeable of wines and beverage. • Extraordinary attention to detail, quality and service. Additional Requirements • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members. • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
