Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Breaching Operations SME with extensive experience supporting USSOCOM, including explosive and mechanical breaching. You will work with government partners and private industry to develop tools, draft ICDs and CDDs, and advise on drilling techniques, charge planning, emplacement, and testing blasting products.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree, 16+ years in the field, and Top Secret clearance are required; proficiency in MS Office and proposal tools

Qualifications

• Background in heavy/medium explosive and mechanical breaching operations (SOF preferred).
• Ability to understand complex government contract requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Minimum 16 years of experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists the SGM and Deputy for Breaching as the Breaching SME working with government partners, academic labs, and private industry to develop new tools and technology for the SOF explosive and mechanical breaching community.
• Assists in preparing and developing new requirements documentation including ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT messages, BOIPs, and Test Plans.
• Provides advice and training on drilling techniques, explosive planning factors, charge preparation, emplacement, and testing blasting products.
