Job summary

Greenheck Group seeks a production operator to join our Kings Mountain manufacturing team. The role involves reading and following drawings, SOPs and wiring diagrams, assembling mechanical and electrical components to quality standards, and maintaining a safe, efficient work area.

2nd shift (2:30pm–10:30pm) with a $2.00/hr shift premium is available, and regular raises bring pay toward $28.66/hr. The position requires basic math, strong attention to detail and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret shop floor paperwork prior to assembly.
• Read and follow drawings, SOPs, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Assemble finished goods (mechanical & electrical) to quality standards.
• Operate assigned equipment and support multiple product types.
• Assist with production goals and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace per 5S and lean initiatives.
• Crosstrain within department and train new team members as assigned.
• Identify work via SAP or MII work center priority.
