Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, is hiring for a Brazing Role in our manufacturing operations. This position supports production goals, operates equipment, and adheres to safety and quality standards while working with SAP, MII and MES processes.

We value growth and development, offer competitive pay starting at $26.84/hr with progression to $31.11/hr plus a $2.00/hr shift premium on second/third shifts, and a robust benefits program.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 12 months prior manufacturing experience required.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High focus on quality and safety.
• Proficient math, reading, and computer skills.
• Intermediate skill in reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematic reading.
• Intermediate skills in the use of basic, pneumatic, and power tools.
• Ability to read measuring devices.
• Ability to safely operate equipment, which may include material movement equipment such as overhead lifting devices, forklifts, etc.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check, if offered employment.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret shop floor paperwork prior to assembly.
• Read and follow drawings, SOPs, blueprints, and/or wiring diagrams.
• Properly assemble finished goods (mechanical and electrical) to quality standards in assigned area.
• Efficiently build multiple product types.
• Full operation of equipment, where assigned.
• Operator-level cleaning and maintenance for their assigned area.
• Conform to all safety guidelines while performing duties and operating equipment.
• Wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support daily and monthly production goals and targets.
• Learn SAP/ MII / MES Processes.
• Demonstrate reliability and ownership of assigned processes.
