Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build: Assemble tubes, headers, return bends, distributors, and fittings per blueprints and work orders.
• Prepare: Clean, align, and flux joints for proper capillary flow.
• Join: Use oxy‑acetylene or induction torch methods; set flame type and heat time; apply filler as needed.
• Verify: Perform visual inspections and pressure/leak tests; diagnose and repair weak joints.
• Maintain: Keep torches and tools in top condition and document outcomes.
• Safeguard: Follow hot‑work procedures and handle gases with care.
