Job summary

Safe Air Technology is seeking an HVAC Copper Tacker / Brazing Technician to join our production team. The role focuses on fit-up, preparation, tacking, and brazing copper piping used in our industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Candidate should be mechanically inclined, comfortable with copper tubing and hand tools, and able to produce clean, accurate work in a fast-paced environment. Previous HVAC or soldering experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools.
• Experience with copper tubing, soldering, brazing is preferred.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, fit, and prepare copper tubing for HVAC assemblies.
• Position copper lines to coils and refrigeration components.
• Solder and braze copper tubing and fittings to create solid joints.
