Job summary

Lennox, a century-spanning HVAC leader, is hiring a skilled brazing technician to join our assembly team in Georgia. Under direct supervision, you will braze copper joints on an assembly line, using torch, flux, and braze alloy to create strong, leak-free connections.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; willingness to train and pass skills tests. We offer competitive hourly pay, overtime eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some experience brazing CU/CU on an assembly line.
• Basic understanding of data charts, specification diagrams, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Guide torch and rod along joint of work pieces to heat to brazing temperature, melt braze alloy, and bond work pieces together.
• Assists with setting up equipment, selecting torch tip, flux, and brazing alloy based on data charts or work order.
• Performs a variety of assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks.
