Rippling, Inc. is seeking a Global Payroll Operations Specialist (Brazil) to own all Brazil payroll operations, manage external partners, and support rapid expansion into new customer segments.

Based on a global payroll platform, the role combines hands-on processing with implementations and country-specific payroll expertise. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product, handle data migrations and go-live validation, and interact with government agencies; English and Portuguese

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Brazilian payroll processing
• 2+ years in a client-facing role
• Hands-on experience with local payroll software (Senior)
• Experience supporting or leading Brazil customer implementations/onboarding
• Knowledge of Brazilian payroll regulations and leave entitlements
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese; English (C1+) preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute timely payroll, filings, and payments for Brazil clients
• Support Brazil customer implementations including data migration and go-live validation
• Interface with Brazilian government agencies and partners to resolve issues
• Collaborate with Global Payroll Engineering and Product teams to prioritize tooling requirements
