Job description

Brazil - Patient Relations Coordinator & Key Account Manager

Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials addresses every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate team is looking for a Patient Relations Coordinator & Key Account Manager based in Brazil.

We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our team remotely. As a member of the Provider Engagement team, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will focus on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and visit Hematologist/Oncologist offices. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment.

Reporting to the Head of US & Brazil Provider Engagement, responsibilities include:

  1. Initiating, nurturing, and managing relationships with physicians, patient advocacy groups, physician associations, hospitals/health systems, and CROs.
  2. Building patient identification channels through outreach and engagement with providers.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to raise awareness about clinical trials and patient care solutions.
  4. Supporting the expansion and management of Massive Bio’s strategic partnerships in Brazil.
  5. Providing information to cancer patients and caregivers about Massive Bio services and oncology topics via calls.
  6. Facilitating patient sign-ups and coordinating with case managers to expedite enrollment.
  7. Collecting patient feedback and sharing insights with relevant teams.
  8. Supporting case managers by reaching out for updates as needed.
  9. Acting as a liaison between patients, providers, and clinical trial teams to ensure smooth communication.
  10. Promoting Massive Bio’s services through presentations and follow-ups.
  11. Conducting training sessions for partners about Massive Bio’s mission and capabilities.
  12. Updating field activities and communications in the CRM system.
  13. Reporting outcomes and metrics to internal leadership.
  14. Analyzing field data to identify trends and improve engagement efforts.

Candidate Profile:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system in Brazil.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese or a related local language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and software tools (CRM, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Residing in the Bahia region of Brazil.
