Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in sales or memberships.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new companies and generate qualified opportunities for Brazilian market.
• Close new memberships and promote IAAPA events and programs.
• Manage membership renewals and engage members approaching expiration.
• Deliver timely responses via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM notes and track opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Latin America, Caribbean team on regional initiatives.
