Job summary

Dezerland Park Orlando is seeking an entry-level Outside Sales Representative to support on-the-ground marketing and sales efforts. You will engage with hotels, resorts, and visitor locations to place and promote our attractions, while building relationships that drive park traffic and brand awareness.

The role emphasizes field outreach, weekly KPI planning, and participation in local events. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and able to work independently with a reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new contacts.
• Sales or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and replenish marketing materials in local hotels, resorts, and visitor locations.
• Maintain inventory levels and request replenishment as needed.
• Capture photos of placements for reporting and brand consistency.
• Provide weekly summaries of wins and high-performing locations.
• Cultivate relationships with hotel staff, concierges, OTA partners, and other key contacts.
• Attend local tourism, hospitality events to represent the park.
• Set up tabletop displays to increase visibility and guest engagement.
